Role Overview

We’re looking for an X Manager to take charge of our corporate X account and help it get seen. You’ll be responsible for turning team insights into clear, engaging tweets, organizing content from across the team, and keeping the publishing process smooth and consistent. You’ll know how to post in a way that gets content seen - maximizing visibility, encouraging engagement, and reaching the right audience. Whether it’s by crafting threads, memes, or jumping on timely trends, you’ll ensure our knowledge is heard with a voice that’s sharp, human, and tuned into the conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the corporate’s X profile (daily tweets, threads, replies, reposts, etc.)
• Turn insights and internal updates from the team into clear, engaging, and accessible tweets, threads, and replies
• Maintain and streamline the internal process of content collection, drafting, approvals, and posting - ensuring a steady pipeline of relevant content
• Post content in a way that maximizes visibility and encourages engagement, leveraging X mechanics and best practices
• Track trends, hashtags and relevant conversations in real time to keep the account timely and active
• Create a range of content formats, including text, memes, visuals, video snippets when needed to be able to support storytelling and brand voice

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing high-quality X accounts - ideally in the Web3/DeFi space
• Deep understanding of how X works, trends on X, and best practices for visibility and engagement
• Ability to turn technical insights from the team into engaging tweets, responses, and other social content, making complex concepts accessible and interesting for a broad audience
• Strong written English skills – witty, concise, and brand-aligned tone
• Organized and proactive in maintaining a content pipeline and publishing calendar
• Familiarity with blockchain, DeFi, and the Web3 ecosystem – ideally a native user
• Located within the GMT+3 time zone, with a flexibility of ±2 hours

Nice-to-Have

• Personal presence or credibility on X within Web3 / DeFi
• Ability to create content in different formats (text, static visuals, short videos, memes)
• Exposure to community management or partnerships is a plus
• Bonus points if the candidate is physically located in Moscow or Dubai
