Please note that this position doesn’t related to team management or launching products. The main focus is on the Dealer Marketing Portal coordination and document workflow.
Responsibilities:
Dealer Network Coordination & Communication:
- Oversee CO-OP Program operations
- Update and maintain Dealer Marketing Guidelines and Standards
- Manage Dealer Marketing Portal usage and coordinate with Portal IT team
- Monitor dealer performance through checklists, feedback collection, and information analysis
Document Processing:
- Handle CO-OP payments to dealers via the Marketing Portal
- Process payments to third-party DM counterparts
Dealer Digital Communication:
- Manage KiaTV and digital screens in dealer facilities
Dealer Training:
- Plan and implement dealer training programs
Requirements:
- Marketing experience in a Dealer or Distributor (3+ years, Experience in automotive is welcome, but not a must)
- English at upper-intermediate level or higher
- Digital skills with confidence in using applications and portals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Understanding of document processes and payment workflows
- Team player with excellent coordination and communication skills
