Field Marketing Manager

What you will do (job responsibilities):

• Develop a comprehensive strategy and concept for offline marketing activities that align with our business goals.
• Create and monitor the budget for offline marketing initiatives, ensuring a positive ROI.
• Manage and develop the offline marketing team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Identify and manage vendors to ensure their alignment with our marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing projects.

What you need (job requirements):

• Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) from any discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field with strong field marketing skills.
• Highly creative problem solver with a track record of innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Possess strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, and the ability to develop customers.
• High achiever, target-oriented.
• Possess an excellent command of English, both in spoken and written forms.
• Willingness to work from office.
